1) Do we share your email address or info? We will never share, sell, or rent out individual personal information for promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees for the purpose of contacting you or sending emails based upon your request for information from us.
2) Is your credit card data secured? Yes. When your order is submitted online, a pre-authorization for the dollar amount of your order is placed as a hold on your credit card. Once the order has shipped this charge is finalized and charged to your card. Maggie’s is only able to charge up to the amount authorized when the order was submitted. At no time does any Maggie’s employee or other person have access to your full credit card number.
3) How do we get your email address? Our email marketing is permission-based. If you received an email from Maggie’s Organics, our records indicate that you have expressly shared this address with us by checking a permission box on an order, signing up on our website, or by specifically signing up with our company at an event. To stop receiving emails, simply click the Unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email you received. Otherwise, you can contact us at email@example.com
