Customer Service - Shipping
Our goal is to have your order fulfilled and shipped within two business days from when the order was placed. This is assuming, of course, that the items you ordered are in stock in our warehouse. For the continental U.S. we will ship via UPS Ground. Click here to see approximate shipping time. (We ship from ZIP code 48197; delivery time shown is not guaranteed.) All other locations will be shipped via U.S. Mail or other carrier. If we have a question or problem concerning your order we will attempt to contact you via phone (preferred) and/or e-mail.

Due to rising fuel costs, we have found it necessary to adjust our shipping rates accordingly. Please review new shipping rates below, effective 1/21/08.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Add $20 to the shipping rate for every $50 worth of product ordered. For example, an order for $35 will cost $27.95 for freight ($7.95 regular UPS freight, plus $20 for overnight fees).
UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Add $15 to shipping rate for every $50 worth of product ordered. For example, an order for $12 will cost $20.95 for freight ($5.95 regular UPS freight, plus $15 for 2nd-day air fees).
Expedited shipping orders must be placed over the phone.
Submit your order by noon EST, Monday through Friday, and your order will ship the same day. Submit your order after 12 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped the next business day.
Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS GROUND from our warehouse in Ypsilanti, Michigan (ZIP code 48197). U.S. Priority Mail will be used for PO boxes, Hawaiian and Alaskan addresses.
